Hello, Harry Smeltzer. I am seeking info about a National Tribune certificate in my possession. It pertains to The Army of the James, listing Corps,Departments,Strengths, Battles and Losses,& Field of Operations. I can’t find any info pertaining to either the”Tribune” or “Army of the James”? The framed certificate I have is the only one I’ve ever encountered,which seems odd to me being there were so many soldiers. Any info you may have would be greatly appreciated.Thank You,Don
