Considering that much of the country will experience the Sesquicentennial at one of our National Parks, it would have been nice if at least one representative of the NPS had contributed to this series.

The blogger/editor (Linda Wheeler?) should have considered calling upon at least a couple of folks who were around for the 100th. I know Ed Bearss speaks frankly about the successes and failures of the early 1960s events. Might have been nice to get a “then and now” look with a few suggestions.
