		<description><![CDATA[Tibbets is one of the names appearing on the memorial marker for Union POWs at Shockoe Hill Cemetery, near where Tibbets was originally buried.  It was recorded as &quot;Tebbits&quot;, so that is how it appears on the marker.  Other records indicate he was shot on November 14th.]]></description>
