		<description><![CDATA[Thank you so much to the people who are taking the time to send items to Mr. Smeltzer and thanks to Mr. Smeltzer for including them on this website. I have sent information on your website to several of my friends so they can keep up with the latest info also. Now if we could just find someone who has additional information on the 27th Regiment, New York Volunteers and their role in the 1st Battle of Bull Run or even their days in Elmira or Mt. Morris, NY before they started their long march....... 

Just know that all of your long hours of transcription are greatly appreciated.]]></description>
