Susan Oagle is the director of the Drum and Kathy is the president of the Garrison which is the support group. What a great letter. I will let Susan know about the posting. I am sure she will love reading about Drum. One of our members does an impression of Lavinia. Shte talks about going into a home of a Union officer after the war, (I forget who) and there is her family rug on the floor taken from the family home in Louisana. She refused to stay. The next day the carpet arrives at her home with the Generals complements. Sadly it is one of the things burned in that fire.
