Yes, Ted did read the review, and he said it was fair. I did make a small change based on his comments.

No, I haven’t recieved any offers on my misprint, nor do I anticipate any. I’m sure though that it’s worth many, many millions of dollars.

I think the editors had to strike a fine balance between being true to Cunningham’s narrative and making sure that more modern interpretations were at least noted, and I think they largely accomplished that goal. I am sure your visit this weekend will be enhanced by having read the book.
